We're a distributor — which means our inventory, pricing, and service model are built for professionals who are specifying and sourcing flooring at volume. We carry 36+ brands including DuChateau, Provenza, Preverco, Three Trees, Riva Spain, Sheoga, and Mullican — the brands that appear in high-end Michigan residential and commercial projects.
Our Rochester Hills showroom is available for client appointments, specification reviews, and sample selection. We can provide large-format samples, specification packages, and technical documentation for any product we carry. Trade accounts are available for licensed designers and architects.

Large-format samples (typically 12"×12" or larger) for client presentations and specification boards. Available for DuChateau, Provenza, Preverco, Three Trees, Riva Spain, Sheoga, Mullican, and other brands we carry. Call ahead to confirm availability of specific collections.
Trade Pricing
Designer and architect trade pricing is available with a verified trade account. Pricing is confidential and not published online. Contact us to set up a trade account — we'll need your business license or professional credentials.
Showroom Appointments
Schedule a private showroom appointment for client presentations or specification reviews. Our Rochester Hills showroom has samples from every major brand we carry. Appointments available Monday–Friday and select Saturdays.
Specification Packages
Technical documentation for specification submissions — product data sheets, installation guides, finish specifications, warranty documentation, and VOC/emissions certifications. Available for any product we carry.
Job-Site Delivery
We deliver to job sites across Metro Detroit, Oakland County, Macomb County, and Southeast Michigan. Coordinated delivery scheduling available for large projects. Call for minimums and lead times.

How do I set up a trade account?
Call us at (248) 853-2232 or visit the showroom. We'll need your business license or professional credentials (ASID membership, AIA membership, or equivalent). Trade accounts include confidential trade pricing and net-30 terms for established firms.
Can I bring clients to your showroom?
Yes. We welcome client appointments. Call ahead to schedule so we can prepare samples for your specific project. Our showroom is in Rochester Hills and is available Monday–Friday and select Saturdays.
Do you provide specification documentation for submittals?
Yes. We can provide product data sheets, installation guides, finish specifications, warranty documentation, and VOC/emissions certifications for any product we carry. Let us know what your submittal requires.
What's your lead time on special orders?
Lead times vary by brand and collection. Most standard collections ship within 2–4 weeks. Custom stain programs (Preverco) and special-order widths may require 6–10 weeks. We'll confirm lead time before you commit to an order.
Do you deliver to job sites outside Oakland County?
Yes. We deliver across Metro Detroit, Oakland County, Macomb County, Washtenaw County, and Southeast Michigan. Call for delivery minimums and scheduling for your specific location.
Can you match an existing floor for a renovation project?
Often yes. Bring a sample board to the showroom and we'll help identify the closest species, grade, and stain match. For exact matches, a full refinish of the existing floor alongside the new installation is the most reliable approach.
