The wear layer is bonded to a stable multi-layer HDF/plywood core using high-quality adhesives under controlled pressure and heat — eliminating seasonal movement.
Every board is precision milled for exact thickness, tongue-and-groove fit, and surface flatness. No gaps, no high spots — consistent results on every job.
Boards are pre-sanded to 100 or 120 grit — ready for immediate on-site finishing with any stain, oil, or polyurethane the project calls for.
