- ✓Check humidity levels (target 35–55% RH)
- ✓Clean under area rugs to prevent moisture buildup
Annually
- ✓Deep clean with a professional-grade hardwood cleaner
- ✓Inspect finish condition — look for dull areas or wear through
- ✓Consider a screen-and-recoat if finish is worn in high-traffic areas
Every 5–10 Years
